Disposition: hilly.
Type of Soil: Clay limestone with gravel.
Growing system: row with guyot pruning.
Vine density and yield: 5.000 vines/ha and 70 q
Pressing: traditional manual press.
Juice Settling: natural.
Vinification: in wooden vats and fermentation with indigenous yeasts with permanence on the skins for 7/8 days.
Maturation: 7 months in stainless steel tanks and 4 months in bottle.
Malolactic fermentation: spontaneous. The product may have some sediments in the bottle, as no product has been used for clarification.

Tasting notes: ruby red color tending to purplish, fruity aroma, harmonious dry taste with important tannins, expression of a simple and natural wine.
